🌟 Unforgettable stay at a top-class hotel! 🌟 This hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Located right on the seafront, brand new (only one year old), modern, and finished to the highest standard. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — we left our car at the entrance and a staff member parked it in the underground garage. Early check-in was provided, and our room was spacious with a huge bathroom featuring a tropical shower and bathtub. High-quality toiletries were available in generous amounts. We even had a clothes steamer and a coffee machine in the room — every detail was thought through. After I accidentally stained the bedding, housekeeping kindly replaced it the next day — no questions asked. We truly appreciated that. And the breakfast — absolutely next level! Everything fresh, premium quality, with an amazing variety (even truffle salami!). Plus, à la carte options — we had eggs Benedict with salmon, and even champagne and smoothies were available. So much to choose from, and everything was delicious. No crowds, just a relaxing atmosphere inside or on the terrace. The staff deserve a special mention — incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. 💫 Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a refined interior, while the exterior blends with its neighbouring buildings. As hotel guests, we cannot desire more architectural extravaganza from a boutique hotel. Although our remark is utterly subjective, we thought the hotel exuded exclusive elegance with a hint of subtle drama, so typical of the 3LHD architectural bureau’s projects. What adds value to the hotel is the Spa centre crowned by an elegant 25-metre pool. A spacious zen room and two saunas provide enough serenity and comfort to make guests feel pleasant even in winter. We were most impressed by the light emitted by the underwater half-moon-shaped lights dotting the pool. Given the number of hotel rooms, the spa is above standard.

Croatia has immense potential, but what it often lacks is consistent, professional hospitality management. This stay confirmed my belief: Croatia needs more facilities managed by international hotel groups. The difference in service quality, attention to detail, and overall experience is striking. With more properties operated at this level, Croatia could genuinely become a pearl of the Mediterranean, not just in beauty but also in service excellence. I liked the place. I liked how it ran. And I left convinced that this is the way forward.

Breakfast is amazing with premium touch and various buffet choices as well as a' la carte options included. Energy of the place is great, hotel vibe is very cozy with beautiful and stylish modern design. Rooftop Bar with outdoor swimming pool/lounge/café is just a cherry on the top here. Huge compliments to the Owner, Management and last but not least - extremely kind, polite and professional Staff. Great job all. Everything premium !

Finally a luxury hotel Opatija deserves. Beautifully designed hotel, super nice staff, overall wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed rooftop bar. Breakfast was great, many healthy choices. Room is really comfortable. I really loved wall decoration and overall design of the hotel. We stayed both in Hilton Opatija and Rijeka, and while both are nice, and Rijeka has unmatched sea views, we prefer feeling of care in this hotel - from design to really nice staff.
